TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are designed to protect both myself and my clients. Please read these carefully before proceeding with the booking.
The client must understand, agree and accept responsibility for all booking conditions.
By proceeding with your booking, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you are bound by the below terms:

DEPOSIT:
Your booking will not be confirmed and your date will not be held until your deposit is paid.
The deposit is £50. This is payable via bank transfer when making the booking.
Your deposit is to hold your wedding date.
This will be deducted from your final balance.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

TRIALS:
All trials will take place on a weekday. Trials will take place at the salon I work in which is based in Strood, ME2.
If the trial booking is large, I may be able to travel to you. Travel costs may apply.
Trials are best to take place in the day, due to natural lighting and to see how your hair and makeup will last on the day.
If I can accommodate a weekend, It will be an additional £10 per person, per service.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you (the client) cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel the booking within 14 days to your wedding date, you will still be liable to pay the full balance.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
You agree to photographs and videos being taken.
You agree to these photo and videos being used on my social media platforms, advertisement and my portfolio.

PRICES:
My pricing does not include travel expenses. Travel is charged 50p per mile and will be added to your invoice.
If the journey is over 2 hours, accommodation expenses will apply.
My pricing includes strip lashes and hair padding.
Payment in full for your wedding is due 14 days before your wedding date.
Payment for your trial is due on the day of your appointment.

DAMAGES:
If my makeup or hair kit should get damaged at your booking, you are liable for replacing the cost of the damaged items.

PARKING:
You must make sure there is suitable parking.
If the parking requires a permit, you must supply this.
If there are charges such as a ticket, or crossing charge, you are liable to pay this.
Parking close to the venue is essential due to my kit.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING:
Changes to your booking must be made in advance.
If you are adding onto the booking, I can only accept this if time and resources allow so on your wedding morning.
If you are reducing your booking, these must be declared 2 months before your date. If it is within 2 months, you will still be liable to pay your original balance.
Should I decide to bring an assistant with me, I will do this at my own discretion.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking due to illness or emergency, you will be contacted immediately.
I will always do my upmost to get cover from another reputable hair or makeup artist. However I cannot guarantee this.
